不使用全局代理无法打开www.qq.com,https://mp.weixin.qq.com/等网站，请问要怎么解决

一直用着很好的，最近在另一个市和往常一样全选然后测试真连接延迟的时候还没测试就直接弹出“请先检查服务器设置”，墙内网站可以正常访问，求助

权限什么都已经设置过了，而且现在不能自动设置系统代理

切换 hysteria 节点总是提示生成默认配置文件失败，每次需要手动删除config.json才可以

在其他设备连接热点配置代理 http://192.168.137.1:10808 (192.168.137.1是打开热点后默认的本机ip）或者本地aria2指定代理为 http://127.0.0.0:10808 后，连接被拒绝
