IPizza banks (all except Nordea) usually respond to the merchant with POST. Use GET only for Nordea.

Currently there is too much code duplication. There should be a simple code generation tool that would ask for different input parameters (certificates, keys, banks, do you want to remember last logins etc.) and generate needed HTML/JS files for different banks.

In a test environment you should be able to quickly choose persons to authenticate and not insert their info every time you use this service.
Authentications should be remembered in a cookie and maybe last 5 most used are shown.

VK_LANG parameter tells bank which language to use (EST,ENG or RUS).

Do some unit testing so that future changes don't break banklink implementations. http://pivotal.github.com/jasmine/

Banks return info in different encodings based on request parameter VK_ENCODING or VK_CHARSET (except Nordea that exclusively uses ISO-8859-1.
Support UTF-8 and ISO-8859-1 values for encoding.
