R codes developed for East Chicago PCB soil paper. Codes describe how to create the maps and figures (ECSoilFigures.R), as well as all the statistical analyses (ECSoilStatTest.R) performed in the paper. All data are available and download from Pangaea. This is part of Project 6 of the ISRP (https://iowasuperfund.uiowa.edu/)

R files description

Two R files (scripts) are included in this repository. ECSoilStatTest.R performs all the statistical tests and analyses included in the scientific paper, whereas ECSoilFigures.R includes how to create all the figures and maps in the scientific paper. it is recommended to create a Project in Rstudio and paste both R files in two scritps and save then as the original names.
