Freesia should have Freedom Eagle sacred summon, and later in the research tree a "Freedom Eagle Nest" to free spawn the burgers, so they have something to fall back on when everyone has Arrow Fend. Also, a "Hollywood" global that spread their domain, and a "Glow in the Dark" global that is an Air version of Eyes of God.

That should be a Yamato summon too, in fact, I think that Yamato should have tons of weeb summons, like "Forge Mecha" at C7 or C8, "Summon Magical Girl" at conjuration 6~ with a fairly large roster of possible units.

Alright. I think Wakanda should be more like Ind, with its domain hiding province ownership and forts with different recruits based on terrain to represent the different tribes. Plus a nation exclusive Dome spell.

Mountain forts should be the Jabari, the commander recruit should be M'baku esque, the troop recruit should be some highish strength dude with high damage mace weapon, Farms should be the border tribe where you could recruit size 4 or 5 armored Rhino Riders, Plains should be the Trade tribe with either bonus to gold or some ritual/site that increase gold, coastal forts should be River tribe with access to spy/assassins, Water should be Talokan with a whole different unit rooster and a recruitment point 6 Namor esque mage.

The Gastronomancers have a lot of possibility for fun stuff- Salt elementals, Living Butter (like living mercury, but delicious and not poisonous), Chocolate Golems, the Hungry Burger from yugioh, British "food" that causes fear (shared with Man), Worm That Walks except it's spaghetti, and so on.
Guy Fieri as an abysian hero who breaks them into F (Guy Firey), or maybe as a lategame ritual that makes a site too (Construct Flavortown), an Olive Oil item that gives sacred and sun awe (or maybe a path boost) but also a massive fire vulnerability, UMA DELICIA blood ritual shared with Rio that creates the Markata equivalent of a demilich, or some other sort of undead abomination

More national spells and items for what there already is
Give Zion a "lower credit rating" attack ritual, give Xibalba a Plane Crash that's a blood version of Gifts From Heaven (or maybe something involving horrors, as a play on planes of existence), maybe give Agartha some Dumb Frogposter underwater summons that are cheap atlantean/muuch mages with a huge research penalty or something.
A "tank" for america that's just a very heavily armored elephant (or maybe a cave crab) with a ballista/salamander/small dragon on it's back, a tank for the commies that's the same but smaller, shittier, cheaper, and prone to violently exploding, maybe a pure nature version of Rain of Frogs for Bandar Log that makes an enemy province into a Designated Shitting Province

would you consider adding units not available at the start to hidden sites thst are never usable so you can see them in the roster screen like the warhammer mod?

If you don't mind I'm gonna dump all the stuff I've thought of over the course of the game.

all of pans roster gains xp shapes
every unit has a sacred final xp shape that represents the unit in question making it sacred because the gigapan is sacred for having made it should be very hard to reach
add a unit called skinnyfats with 1 strength and a useless kick that xp shape int dyels
dyels can xp shape into new lifters
new lifters xp shapes get continously heavier armor as they get stronger and are thus moving on to heavier weights
harpies get increased mapmove from stronger wings
centauride crossbows get larger crossbows as they xp up
minotaurs become gains guards after four stars worth of xp
minotaurs and gains guards switch out their axes for barbells
gain a satyr hero who wears heavy armor 24/7 in order to keep his freakishly strong muscles working out at all times so it doesn't crush him
add demon steroid magic (from marignon) in blood that is forbidden due to not being natty
give the lit centaur xp shapes that make his head bigger, potentially give alternate xp shape that increases body size instead for better thugging not sure how easy to mod though
National XP items
global called something like gym advertising that freespawns new lifters in events every early spring and early summer
each higher xp shape costs more upkeep due to needing more protien to maintain their muscles
