Implement streamed content retrieval for S3

With VAST 11 there is support to get an async stream wrapping the contents of an HTTP response.

It would be great to integrate that into the S3 client, so large objects stored in a bucket can be streamed instead of having to fetch them as a whole into memory.

This setting should be optional.
