Add the possibility to estimate noise standard deviations
Version 2.0 of MiniBatchInference.jl
In version 2.0, we propose to get rid of prob, and ask the user to build a model in the same fashion as done in Econobio.jl.
This allows to greatly simplify the code, and allows more flexibility by e.g allowing the user to define a constrained space for the initial conditions, which are right now forced to be > 0.
Implement `iterative_minibatch_MLE` for independent time series.
Currently, independent time series have the specialised function minibatch_ML_indep_TS, which is similar to minibatch_MLE. Yet an iterative minibatching is not implemented for when data_set is a vector of independent time series.
ICs forced to be >0.
As of now, initial conditions are forced to be >0 (see abs in _get_u0s). In the future, this should be changed.
`get_ranges` with `group_nb` argument does not provide desired output
length(get_ranges(; datasize=10, group_nb=6)) == 6
returns false.
