Feature request: Scale up pixellated

It's all in the title. I'd love to be able to scale up an image without the interpolation that give a blurry effect

Bump dependencies

Hi there!

resize-image-buffer currently has a number of dependencies that could have their version numbers bumped (which Dependabot has kindly generated pull requests for).

Could these potentially be bumped up to prevent vulnerabilities? For example, the dependency file-type is vulnerable to CVE-2022-36313.
