I'm not sure if this applies to the flutter app but it's worth mentioning that the _randomBytes function does not including 0xff bytes because the Random.nextInt max value is exclusive (https://api.dart.dev/stable/2.14.4/dart-math/Random/nextInt.html). _SIZE_BYTE should be 256 instead of 255: https://github.com/Vesta-wallet/bitcoin_flutter/blob/master/lib/src/ecpair.dart#L96
