I am using ACF V4 and the Country field is not showing under the Basic section

Hi, any ideas how i could localize city names? Thanks

When selecting a country, the city drop down won't open until saving and refreshing .. In case using it on the user profile fields.

Hi thanks for creating this plugin! It looks very useful. Unfortunately I can't get it to work properly. Selecting a country from the dropdown list results in a script timeout and Firefox warning implying that an asynchronous call isn't working properly. I have 16gb of RAM and tried from a fresh load of Firefox so performance isn't an issue. When I ignore the warning and wait it out, the state field is still loaded even though United States isn't selected. Furthermore, the state list was filled with duplicates. Also, when running local in debug mode I received parse errors related to acf-COUNTRY_FIELD-v4.php because you're calling add_action directly in the class rather than in the class constructor using this syntax:
add_action('wp_ajax_get_country_cities', array($this,'get_country_cities'));

I have add ACF field to woocommerce product. Countries field is visible, country chosing works properly, but when save produkt and page reload country list looks like default view. Should display selected country. Not save selected country.

This will be a great little addition to ACF, but for the moment, there is something going very wrong with the US selection.

I think there might be just way too much data for the one little selection. The City list goes from A-Z multiple times and takes quite a while to load. Trying to open the install-data php file just crashed my IDE, too.

Upon installation, choosing "South Africa" from 'Select your country' dropdown does not populate the 'Select your city' select with South African cities....

I am not able to install the plugin.

Hi,

this is not a technical issue but rather a data-set organization issue.

Data-set of Cities table must be rebuilt entirely since there is no one State-Country correct matching.

This brings an inevitable malfunction of the plugin.

There is also a bug with acf_field_COUNTRY_FIELD Class in v4 and add_action() hook.

I have been unable to get this plugin working properly in Wordpress 5.3.1 with the newest version of ACF.
It installed okay, had some issues with the data doubling in the database, but was able to rerun the dump and table build commands and get it set fresh.
Once loaded though, it displays the Country, then City, then State. When first loaded, the Country populates with State and City having no values. This is expected.
However when I select a Country, no matter the country, The City selector seems to update but still has no cities listed, and the State selector lists every state.
Select a state, and still no cities are shown.

Any suggestions?

It'd be great if you could update this to work with the new ACF Pro :)

Currently I activate the plugin, but the country field is missing.

When I use this plugin with the repeater add-on, I get a little bug.

When I add a repeater field, the country fields are 0px wide, and the seccond is empty by default. I first need to add the post once, and then the fields becoming enabled..

When I install it fresh out of the box and add Country as a new field every value in country appears 3 times and it loads very long.
