Refactor water device in a way when you won't need to pass powerOff function externally, while scheduling watering (see main.cpp for the details)

Water device class must know how to power itself off with a predefined delay

Evaluate FreeRTOS framework instead Arduino framework which is currently used for the project.

Possible goals of the activity are:

• native multiprocessing instead of SimpleTimer usage
• nicer Scheduler possibly with cron-like format

Move fan from SSR to mechanical relay due to the switch on issues with computer fan powered by AC/DC 230V/12V supply

⚠️ Most probably will require changing the housing of the whole device to something bigger

Add build and upload to device targets to the Makefile

Implement build version autoincrement to improve tracking of the version uploaded to the device
