When executing the script train.py , it gives an error stating that n_samples=0. I think the issue here is either in the create_spectrogram fucntion or either in load_data script. Could you shed more light on this issue ?

I run it on pycharm with nothing changed.
but there is an error

Whenever, Am running train.py. I'm getting this error:

ValueError: zero-size array to reduction operation maximum which has no identity

i got this error, so what can i do for fix this error
my scikitlearn version is ".19"
