Use resources from hero inventory

In 2.8.2 "Use resources from hero inventory" it doesn't work while chrome window minimize
All tasks freeze till you open window.

When you restore it, it feturn to work
Maybe if you'll return after cookies expired - you'll see login page and tbs stuck (not sure)

Hold celebrations (options 1 - fully automatic)

What is this ?

A feature allows TBS hold celebrations in Town hall automatically

How does it work ?

When account is logged, TBS will create "HoldCelebration" task like "RefreshVillage" for each village that enabled this feature.
TBS will go to town hall, start the celebration based on setting (small or big) and set next execution time after the celebration ends.

Hold celebrations (options 2- semi-automatic)

What is this ?

A feature allows TBS hold celebrations in Town hall semi-automatically
User will add "hold celebrations job" to "auto builder queue" so that TBS can start celebrations after fews building completed

How does it work ?

There will be a box below "add building to auto-builder queue" box, it will allow user to add the celebration job like add building to queue

When TBS upgrades building, if it sees celebration job, it will stop upgrade, go to town hall and start celebration
