Add a link to Injekt for a fuller version of almost the same model

Add a link from README to Injekt since it is a similar module but fully filled (singletons, multi instances, per key instances, per thread instances, per thread per key instances) and includes delegates as well. Otherwise is on the same path. Injekt-core is used by some on Android just fine.

singleton calls initializer every time

Should reduce this overhead, I originally had getOrPut but was concerned about thread safety, will have to look into it more.

Getting a singleton calls the initializer() every time

When you call to get the singleton, the putIfAbsent() calls the initializer every time a get is done. That could cause unintended consequences. especially if the initializer is expensive or has side effect.
