Yii eCommerce

Introduction

This is a WIP eCommerce platform built using Yii. For more info please visit: http://vadimg.com/category/yii-e-commerce/

Only the admin side has been worked on so far, so there is no front end side for the actual application.

Requirements

• Apache 2 Web Server
• MySQL 5.1+ with InnoDB support.
• PHP 5.3+ configured with the following extensions:
  • PDO
  • PDO MySQL driver
  • GD2
  • Mcrypt
  • CUrl
  • Imap

Installation

1. Clone the repository into your document root
2. Create a virutal host that will point to frontend/www (see example below)
3. Chmod 0777 frontend/runtime and frontend/www/assets
4. Create file params-local.php under common/config based off the file common/config/params-config.sample.php
5. Run the php console/yiic.php migrate
6. Add a new user using php console/yiic.php user create
7. Visit localhost.com/yiicommerce/admin and login using [email protected]/1q2w3e

Missing controllers

Following controllers were missing

Unable to resolve the request "admin/reports/users".
Unable to resolve the request "admin/reports/orders".
Unable to resolve the request "admin/reports/create".
Unable to resolve the request "admin/reports/products".
Unable to resolve the request "admin/productcat/index".
Unable to resolve the request "admin/orders/index".
Unable to resolve the request "admin/orders/create".
Unable to resolve the request "admin/contactus/index".

Product Controller was missing

I am getting this issue.

Failed to install application

Hi, I'm working on a Yii ecommerce site so very interested in contributing to this repository. Checked out the code last night as per the README instructions however multiple fatal errors are being thrown due to missing config files (I created the config files as per the instructions).

I use Yii 2 regularly so server prerequisites aren't an issue.

I also noticed that the runtime directory (where permissions should be changed according to README) does not exist.

Is the install README up to date?

In the meantime - if I manage to figure out what the issues are then I'll update the readme and create a pull request
