No Windows basta rodar o executável (.exe).
No Linux:
Cimpile com o gcc:
Dentro do diretório raíz no seu terminal rode:
' gcc RNA-Backpropagation.c -o RedeNeuralBP -lm '
Rode o programa:
./RedeNeuralBP treinamento.csv teste.csv
Ou apenas ./RedeNeuralBP
