添加选项页面（虽然现在没有任何选项可以设置）

现在版本貌似一次出一个字，有点不习惯
还有，可一模糊音就更好了

输入法很好用！大大加油鸭！chromeos唯一能用的双拼输入法

从v2追过来的，看到master还以为凉了，看到dev发现在偷偷更新，虽然不支持小鹤双拼不过有个提议，比如小鹤双拼的那些输入法都是有词库的，长期使用的用户会积累下来好几万规则的词库，调用起来会非常方便还不用联网，不知道可否考虑下这种方式？
