Select the good account => outgoing domain for digit dialer.

For now it's hardcoded to freephonie

Detect current Android version + device + (build version?) to choose the
good library version that must be in use (in fact which android driver has
to be used).

Once detected, download the good version online (we should have a json
descriptor for example with updates and versions selections...

Enable network changes:
* Re-register...
* Ongoing call...

Enable dynamic upload of dynamic library for new devices.
(Has to get the build number, android version, hardware name etc etc)

If possible upload should be done directly on google code using user Google
account (and tracking of the issue should be done directly from the
application ( by webview?) )

Add a preference to enable/disable 3G/Wifi connection for SIP.

Support SMS (if account (sip server) allow it).

Include Linear/L16 codec family from the build

Include ilbc codec.

Implement the G729 Codec

Include GSM codec

Speex codec integration.

Add a screen for first launch (/first launch after version update).

This screen may contain a quick how to / link to how to web page (could be
on the wiki or hosted on my domain...)
If it's an update should show a changelog.
