Notice: Undefined index: error_description

Sometimes we get the error:

Notice: Undefined index: error_description in. ../vendor/vipps/module-login/Gateway/Command/UserInfoCommand.php on line 122

It seems error_description is not always included in the body. PHP isset should be used instead of '?' operator.

strcasecmp() type error

Hi, sometimes we get error: TypeError: strcasecmp() expects parameter 1 to be string, null given in vendor/vipps/module-login/Model/VippsAddressManagement.php:385. In our website we don't really use region. Also, I checked table vipps_customer_address and about 0.8% of rows have region value null. So looks like region can be null and that causes error. Can you add check for null or cast to string or some other fix here?

Magento version: 2.3.5-p1
Vipps login module version: 2.3.6
