Defect Description: Multiple JS, CSS, and font resources are not loading properly on all the pages in the lab.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue: Navigate to http://eerc01-iiith.vlabs.ac.in/Introduction.html and open console log. Observe the alarming number of resources that do not load properly.

Defect Description : In the quizzes section I am only able input an answer for 5 out of the 6 questions. When I input an answer in the unanswered one, one of the inputs of the answered question gets erased.

As any user such as iPhone/iPad users cannot access experiment simulations which are in the .swf format, we need to to change .swf to HTML 5 and Javascript which is universal and anyone can use.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

Go to the IIIT Hyderabad section in the vlabs main website.
Click on basic-Engineering-Mechanics-and-strength-of-materials.
Go to the experiments section.
Go to the first experiment.
Click on the link which redirects us to a flash file.
Expected Result:
Any user could be able to view the simulation irrespective of the device which they are using.

Actual result:
Some users couldn't see the simulation since their handsets do not support .swf files

Quizzes,Procedure and Manual has an external link to a pdf regarding the experiment under the heading read more which confuses the viewer and it is not making sense to put that pdf in topics such as procedure, quizzes and manual. And that pdf too is opening with wrong title in the browser i.e. "SOIL MECHANICS"
