The following are the changes that are observed:

1. Radio buttons
2. Help button theme
3. Table format
4. The numbering of the table is missed.

Defect description :
It should give error if only one option is selected but instead it adds one random number to the selected number.
Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Go to Integer Arithmetic experiment of Computer Systems Organisation Lab.
2. Select any number and click on add.
   Expected result :
   It should give an error.
   Actual result :
   It adds a random number to selected number and displays it.

Defect Description: On clicking the Load Instruction button (under home tab),when mouse is brought over the Load Instruction button,its text goes out of the page.

Defect Description: After selecting two rows to perform addition,it should not take any more inputs until reset button is pressed.
But we can give as input as many time we want and this results in overlapping of many answers.
Thus,some error should be given to not give any more input until reset button is pressed.

Expected result: Error saying "press reset to give new input"
Actual result: It takes more inputs
