Feature Request: Support for .jss

Maybe there can be some other extension of this one can be extended to support a .jss extension. The reason being so that there can be auto complete & intelisense support in vscode like we get in css files .

And If the rules are incorrect we can get hint in the editor. That be just like .jsx support and equally cool.

Feature Request: Double quote configuration setting?

I saw that this switched from double to single quotes in this commit (af83f11), it would be great if there was a configuration setting so I could change it back.
