I've cloned this repo and installed all of the required packages but it keeps giving me this error:

Proxy error: Could not proxy request /socket.io/?EIO=3&transport=polling&t=MPjIOZy from localhost:3000 to http://localhost:3001.
See https://nodejs.org/api/errors.html#errors_common_system_errors for more information (ECONNREFUSED).

Is there a work around this?

P.s i've tried changing ports etc but it didnt help

After receiving two tweets (one tweet and a duplicate of that tweet) or none at all, the following error appears:

Error: Status Code: 420
Easy there, Turbo. Too many requests recently. Enhance your calm

Is there a way to delay the number of tweets being filtered out, for example: every 2 seconds, receive one tweet? Maybe i'm looking at it wrong, and there is another way around or i'm over seeing something?

I am new to node.js and would be grateful for any help.
