Issues

[Bug]: `flow_verdict` never loads resource FLOWS_TO edges, so `ENV::K → STDOUT` and the cross-service walk answer `NO_FLOW` (gaps: []) while the edges exist

#2747 · open · 0 comments

[Bug]: Resource→Resource FLOWS_TO edges are never removed: a fixed leak stays in the graph after re-index, full rebuild and `delete-project`

[Bug]: `surgical_replace_code` rewrites a CRLF file's line endings to LF throughout, and silently edits only the first match of an ambiguous target while reporting success

[Bug]: Python instance attributes typed `Optional[T]` / `T | None` (class-level annotation or `self.x = param`) bind `self.x.m()` to a same-named method of an unrelated, unimported class

[Bug]: dead-code has no Java annotation roots: Spring/Jakarta `@PostConstruct`, `@Scheduled`, `@EventListener`, `@Bean` (and everything they call) are reported dead, unlike C#'s `[HttpGet]`/`[Fact]` attribute roots

[Bug]: dead-code reports functions registered via common framework/stdlib decorators: Celery `@shared_task`, Flask `@app.errorhandler`/`@app.before_request`, FastAPI `@app.exception_handler`/`@app.middleware`, `@atexit.register`, Django `@receiver`, SQLAlchemy `@event.listens_for`, `@singledispatch` `.register`

[Bug]: every C++ lambda is reported as dead code: lambda nodes never get an incoming edge (the creation-site REFERENCES that roots Rust closures is Rust-only)
