Restructure project to better categorize sub-projects
- Consider keeping current implementations without a DB as separate projects. This could help highlight differing memory usage across ORMs. The projects with a DB could still also have the random data endpoints. This may or may not be beneficial.
- Consider alternative naming for Postgres projects to identify ORM. The concern here is keeping naming simple and clear while allowing flexibility with the ORM. Examples: Spring-Boot_JPA, Spring-Boot_jOOQ, htt4k_exposed, etc.
