[FEAT] Add pre timer to actual timer

Counting seconds starts when the main timer starts running, but for most exercises you would need to get in a good position first. I would like to add a quick countdown timer(ie 5 seconds) before the actual timer.

This timer should be able to be changed to either 3, 5, 10 or 0 seconds. Every second should sound a beep and the last seconds should have a longer beep to indicate the start of the timer.

[FEAT] Options menu

Add an options menu which can be activated from the menu and the levels screen.

Possible options:

• Pre-timer : 0, 3, 5, 10 seconds
• Music: None, Rock, others added later on

Add logos/pictures for different grips

Draw some simple diagrams to show the different grips and set ups with a towel.

[FEAT] Load music tracks from option settings

The music track is hardcoded now as there is only 1 option.

The current selected song path should be retrieved from the created options menu.

Toggle/button for left or right hand. Save PR's for both

Most exercises are for 1 hand. Add a switch to be able to keep track of progress on both hand seperate.

Keep log of completed exercises and dates

Store this data in a table.

Keep track of all training even if a PR was not broken.

Stop timer when clicking on the big circle.

Pause button was too small for this.

Start and stop the timer by pressing in the circle

Show the user this as well in a hint or some type of glow

Show explanation of exercise in card

Explanations are added in the database.

Explain the exercise in a few lines. Display this when clicking on the card.
