Rename and put inside @vitorluizc scope

intereq is a pretty bad name and all the others are already taken, so using my scope I can choose a good name.

Currently, the options are:

create-request
request
fetch-interceptors
fetch
req

Change arguments order and set window.fetch as default value

Right now, I'm using just window.fetch and seems to be the common approach. So, to be more readable and clean it will be the default value for fetch argument.

Named export normalizeURL helper
