• show list of parent categories
• dropping down parent category reveals immediate children
• clicking on parent opens parent in own view, shows children as list
• dropping down children shows their immediate children

• clicking category acts as a selection
• adding a subcategory opens an input as the first child
• bluring the input cancels category addition
• submitting input creates category as first child, submits to database with parent being parent category in list (zero if parent is root)

also change product categories en masse

separate from edit product details due to needing to do this with list of products potentially
