I can't get the Doxygen pages to work right, anymore.

The intial information that I put on top of the files no longer shows and my new pages, and there deleations of stuff later on doesn't work. This is very alarming!! Some of this seamed to become and issue when I moved it to github rather then me just looking at it on my machine. I don't know though, I would think that wouldn't have changed much... but I am probably wrong

Also more info. Must get added about the classes - an very importatnly about the cool unit thing that Wouter and I figured out with ROOT. If all goes as planned this will take away stess and add years to possible HMolPol user lives...

make it so we can chose to draw hits if we choose to with the default being not, and the we can pass that we do an voila you see hits

fix why phot process crashes HMolPol

Get the ability for ROOT to have the commit number, last date of commit, who made the commit, etc. To work with GIT and HMolPol like it does with QwGeant4

figure out what the cross section is and delete the one that is not needed.

Also break this up if we want more then just Moller scattering

It seems like all of the commits that were made recently have been deleted. Why I am not sure, but I have some suspicions - maybe. This has caused the simulation not to work at all.
