For the PoC we need three different functionalities:

Roles

There are three different Roles.

Admin

An admin role for the Ausgabeapp.

• The admin is authorized to create new Private/Public key pairs. It can mint token and fill the address with tokens.
• It can add authorized recipients to the whitelist and remove them.
• It can receive tokens by whitelisted recipients and burn the tokens.
• Admin marks received token es paid out.

Business

• Business gets whitelisted to be a recipient of payments
• Business can send token only to Ausgabestelle contract
• tokens get burned

Citizen

Citizen can initiate payments to whitelisted addresses

Smart Contracts

Ausgabestelle

• Needs whitelisted address to be the admin
• mint and send token to address

Auszahlungstelle

• receive token and burn
• mark as paid out

Whitelist

whitelist for authorized recipients

ERC20 dgE-Token

• Mint functionality only by whitelisted address
• send only to whitelisted addresses
