add utility only mode

pls add a mode that disables things that could be seen as cheating (90% of this probably ) and enables only things that are not cheating to much (example autocrafting since people could craft manually anyways )

The starting message on server join

please add an option for the starting message that gets sent on join
this exposes hackers far too quickly, very fuckin bad idea man.
seriously people might wanna be stealthy at first before going all out
