Volume Data Archive

This repository contains some small volume data sets for testing and development purposes. Other websites which provide large dataset are linked below.

Volume Data Representation

A dataset is stored in xyz order in a single .raw file. These .raw files are binary 3D-arrays and contain no header. Additionally each dataset is providen in a preprocessed form with an applied window and an regular spacing between all voxels in all dimension.
