Limit under 1000

The program is´nt able to distribute dates under the year 1000. Neither is it able to calculate dates before Christ.

Days of Neptune

The programm is not able to calculate days of neptune, instead it closes itself when doing so.
For example feeding: g 2051-12-22

Align output formats

The output formats of the date in Gregorian format and in Skarbal format differ. The Gregorian output date is shown depending on the System locale, while the Skarbal date is always in format "DayOfWeek, YYYY-MM-DD".

Make both formats depend on the system locale.

Improve calculation time

The current implementation of adding days to a Skarbal date is a recursive search. Change to a constant-time implementation.

Translate to German

If the system locale is set to German, output the weekdays in German language.
