I need an explanation how to use Vue

I need an explanation on how to create a Vue project, namely, how to transform my JavaScript or TypeScript Vue source into (minified) app that can run in a browser. The source code may depend on some Node.js libraries. (I tried to do this in several ways, but every time the app was crashing.)

The project must provide both a component to be usable in external sites and a complete HTML page with that component.

Particularly, I need an example of a command line that solves this problem. Probably, I will also need tips on what should be in package.json.

Pending verification button is confusing

See the screenshot. The "pending verification" UI element seems to be clickable.

I am afraid to click it for an experiment, because I don't know what would happen.

The bug: the UI functionality is unclear.
