Overzealous documentation parser

Right now the README file has a long set of steps to keep the documentation parser from going off and attempting to build the documentation for the included headers as well as the library itself. We shouldn't have to munge the headers, should just be able to configure the doc tool

multiplane images not tested

32-bit floating point images don't work

Moved "known issue" from readme.

NuGet package

Doc generator goofs on nullable parameters

In the generated XML file you have to find Nullable1</code> and replace it with Nullable` - shouldn't be necessary.

Need a place to host precompiled binaries

It would be nice to have a place where precompiled binaries can be downloaded for those who don't want to rebuild the project themselves. At the moment, they are included in the source control tracking, but there's surely a better way to do it.

Missing tags

Not sure exactly which revisions correspond to v1.1.1 and back, and don't have time at the moment to check, but we should create those tags for previous releases.
