Error launching dext after installing plugin through dext-cli.

Installing using the latest version of dext-cli installs successfully. Upon launching dext I get the following error message.
dext error dango not found
Dext continues to launch but no plugins work. Not even core plugins.

Deleting the plugin and config file restores everything back to normal.
