That was quite easy :)
I made changes that way (in case there is jquery of course):

Plugin.prototype.onMouseMove = function(event) {
var top = event.pageY - $(window).scrollTop();
// Calculate Input
this.ix = (event.pageX - this.hw) / this.hw;
this.iy = (top - this.hh) / this.hh;
};

Hi @vasyanik, I have resolved this issue with the latest release of the library and also added 2 new properties that you can set to make the mouse input relative to the containing element as well as clip the input to the bounding area of the parent element. Check out the latest version, read about these two new properties in the README (relativeInput and clipRelativeInput). I have also created a new example relative.html](http://matthew.wagerfield.com/parallax/examples/relative.html) in the examples folder that demonstrates this new functionality.
