Have to create topics and cover topics that are interesting and helpful as well to those of us who have been in Taiwan for years, and figure out organization of information materials for residents versus tourists, divide the main page into these two types as to not waste time or bore/overwhelm the other party. Must do more research into current trending social groups among foreigners living in TW, as well into the social media accounts of government officials, earthquake bots etc. Make sure that the focus on Taiwan from an information point of view is of too specific as to not mimic the broad span of Wikipedia in terms of unwanted content that bores users and in turn highlight content that is specially held by those who have experience living in Taiwan long term. Also find out how to engage people in the project without requiring them to do too much in Github as some users won’t understand the platform and or are too lazy to.
