Data Preparation

URCL is implemented on several public spatio-temporal forecasting datasets.

• METR-LA and PEMS-BAY from Google Drive or Baidu Yun links provided by DCRNN

• PEMS04 and PEMS08 from STSGCN (AAAI-20).
