备注数据存储在.vscode/file-remark.json中

使用方法：

  1. 安装插件
  2. 打开vscode资源管理器
  3. 文件或文件夹上点击鼠标右键
  4. 选择菜单添加备注（ADD）
  5. 弹出的命令窗口 输入备注内容
  6. 回车
