What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use the include classicalpse.h
2. Use the include parametricpse.h

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected a normal compilation.
Had multiple definition of C functions.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SP++3.0, Ubuntu 10.04, Netbeans 7.2

Have fixed the problem by using the inline keyword before the 'C' functions in 
the following headers. ispower, fastlog2, mod, ceil are the offending functions 
found in utilities-impl.h and fftmr-impl.h

In my work I work a lot with complex Vectors and I have had to implement almost 
everything from complex multiplcation, division by scalars addition, as well as 
functions for max, min etc it would be good if this could be either contributed 
back or done independently since complex types are very useful especially for 
Fourier and other analysis.

The alternative is to use a standard matrix manipulation library like Eigen or 
some other.
