I compared this video player with native VideoView. The video is pixelated and of poor quality. How can I improve the picture quality?

It will not work for android API 24+

 java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException: TextureView doesn't support displaying a background drawable

        at android.view.View.setBackground(View.java:18263)

This error displayed in log: "Should have subtitle controller already set"

Video does not aoutostart if mediaplayer is null.
