Patch bluez with ps3 remote power save and key patches

Bluez as of 4.56 is reviewing these patches but has not committed them yet.
They are extremely useful in getting the ps3 remote
(http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/Sony_PS3_BD_Remote) to function properly.

-Patch to change timeout of ps3 remote to 15 seconds instead of 30 minutes
(saves batteries).
-Patch to allow use of all ps3 remote keys.

0.22.0-72-x86_64 dvd playback causes mythfrontend to crash

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try hitting the menu and going to the root menu while a preview is playing
2. Let a DVD play for a while, it will eat up all the memory and then
mythfrontend will crash.
3. Skipping around in a DVD causes mythfrontend to crash.

What is the expected output?
mythfrontend should not crash when playing DVDs. On my linux box,
mythvideo does eat a lot of memory but doesn't appear to crash mythfrontend
when doing any of the above.

What do you see instead?
mythfrontend is very flaky and crashes a lot when playing DVDs.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.22.0-72-x86_64

New patch for ps3 remote

There is a newer patch for the ps3 which replaces the older 2 patches. It
still does the same thing but it fixes a bug that caused bluetoothd to use
100% cpu.

r9446 breaks compilation of intel-driver-1.0.18

Compiling with libva-intel-driver fails since revision r9446, since some
changes in libva data structures have not been ported to intel-driver-1.0.18.

Commit 73ccb0c88d53298befa6a896d2bb39a041169b36
(http://cgit.freedesktop.org/vaapi/intel-driver/commit/?id=73ccb0c88d53298befa6a
896d2bb39a041169b36)
seems to address that issue. Compiling with latest master seems to work just
fine. There has not yet been a release verion of libva-intel-driver that
includes this fix.
