Currently checks to see if carry image is larger than the the Secret Image multiplied by a THRESHOLD_CONSTANT which is used to scale the secret image to test if Carry Image can contain secret image. For instance, THRESHOLD_CONSTANT can be 5 and this will check if Carry is 5 times as large as the Secret.

Function breaks both images up into an array and checks the lengths of the arrays. The length will be how many pixels are in the image.
