Please update the instructions for the examples to have a choice to use the otel collector or send data directly to the Wavefront Proxy (https://docs.wavefront.com/opentelemetry_tracing.html has already been updated).

To reproduce, try running

go install github.com/wavefrontHQ/opentelemetry-examples/go-example/auto-instrumentation@latest

from your home directory.

The "working example" link directly below the "Manual Instrumentation" section is broken.

Also the install tanzu observability proxy link is broken. The link goes to the correct page, but it just goes to the top of the correct page rather than to the correct section.

The go.mod link is also broken.

Should we prepare an example of a Java application that is instrumented automatically?

have to following configmap for the otel deployment:

exporters:
debug: {}
logging: {}
otlp:
endpoint: wavefront-proxy-tanzu.tanzu-observability-saas:2878

• and the following in values.yaml file for that deployment:

  kubernetesEvents:
  enabled: true

but none of the events gets through to Aria 4 Apps or at least i cannot see any. The "echo -e "test.metric 1 source=test_host\n" | nc -vvv wavefront-proxy-tanzu.tanzu-observability-saas 2878" test succeeded and i could find it in the Aria.

Please provide the configuration i need to enter in the values file for the Aria to receive the metrics and events from the cluster in Aria via wavefront.
