Настройки фаервола применяются только к IPv4

Нужно отдельно сохранить настройки для IPv4 и IPv6:

/sbin/iptables-save > /etc/firewall.conf
/sbin/ip6tables-save > /etc/firewall6.conf

И, соответственно, их затем применять в /etc/network/if-up.d/iptables:

/sbin/iptables-restore < /etc/firewall.conf
/sbin/ip6tables-restore < /etc/firewall6.conf
