Exporter unable to start about azure-resourcemanager-exporter

The MSI is lacking the permission to connect to Azure AD graph API.

If you don't need/want metrics from the application (secret expiry time) you can disable it via SCRAPE_TIME_GRAPH=0 as env var.
Have you also set AZURE_TENANT_ID.. hm, the check is also missing here, have to add that.

Looks like adding AZURE_TENANT_ID resolves the issue - would be nice to have it mentioned in the docs (Configuration table) since the error is a bit ambiguous and to avoid it altogether
Added SCRAPE_TIME_GRAPH=0 and that part helped as well
"Shutting down" som other unused features due to my limitations on subscription level but looks like I'm getting there

README.md should definitely get a read-proof and one more check since it's not consistent and provides a bit of a headache when finding the real env args 🙂
