Logo icon color mismatch in dark mode.

Please let me know the exact color I should change it to as it is the website logo.
Can be changed to #21bf73 or to a lighter color for better visibility

Link not valid in CONTRIBUTING.md

The first link provided in CONTRIBUTING.md is not valid, it's showing 404 error. Also need an update in CONTRIBUTING.md, It's outdated I think...

Download PDF Button Size gets changed

Describe the bug
On any resource page, when we shift the themes, from dark mode to light or vice-versa, the button size gets changed. In dark Mode it's small and in light mode it's big.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://webdevscom.github.io/resources'
2. Click on 'Any resource'
3. Toggle the theme Button '
4. See error

Expected behavior
The size of the button should remain the same throughout the process to keep it more pleasant.

Colors mismatch in dark mode

In dark mode all links anchor tags <a href="#" colors turn to purple which makes it harder to read
