[BUG] Issue: Unable to Scroll on WAR Page

Description:
The wAR page on the website is currently experiencing issues with scrolling. Users are unable to scroll down to view the entire content of the page.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to the WAR page on the website.
2. Attempt to scroll down using the mouse wheel or scrollbar.
3. Notice that the page remains fixed and cannot be scrolled.

Expected Behavior:
Users should be able to scroll down the WAR page to view all of its content.

Additional Information:

• This issue is affecting all users accessing the WAR page.
• It occurs across different devices and browsers.
• The inability to scroll is hindering user experience and access to important information.
