/Who Is the boss

Command to know who is the boss of the selected team

Check if user is in group chat

Only users from the teams group should be able to write to bot.
Maybe implement It in the /start command

Create /help command

It should print what the bot does and a list of the commands

Teams names should be selected in keypad

When the team name input is needed a custom keypad with the teams names, imported from a .py file, as buttons

Message for a new member

Create a method that prints an introductory message for the new member in group chat that tells him to start a private chat

Introduction message

A short message that appears before using /start command that introduce what the bot does.

user should write in private chat

• user enters group chat
• bot sends message to enter private chat
• user go to private chat
• user /start
• user select the team
  Bot has to remember the group chat id to change the custom_title
