I can't install version 0.5.8

Problem 1
- The requested package drupal/console-develop 0.5.8 exists as drupal/console-develop[0.1.0, 0.2.0, 0.3.0, 0.4.0, 0.5.0, 0.5.1, 0.5.2, 0.5.3, 0.5.4, 0.5.6, 0.5.7, dev-master] but these are rejected by your constraint.

I think the error it's on the "type": "drupal-console-library", of composer.json this is a new type and it needs an installing package of that type

this type is needs by drupal-console-extend-plugin on https://github.com/hechoendrupal/drupal-console-extend-plugin/blob/master/src/Extender.php#L69 to load the console.services.yml and console.config.yml

I will test adding the "installer-paths" on the composer.json

develop:contribute downloads and links drupal-console-book repo, but
it should download and link drupalconsole.com repo
for automatic translation of the book

I have faced the next situation. When I was setting up my environment to contribute to drupal-console-ru, I have cloned all necessary repositories to a separate directory, but when I ran develop:create:symlinks command I didn't get "drupal-console-ru", because it haven't been installed before in the drupal instance. I think, we should check only a project folder for existence and check the package folder (in the vendor folder) only if we need to remove it.
